Our Guarantee

All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should a flaw be detected and examination reveals it was due to negligence on our part we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Do keep in mind that the nature of handcrafted jewelry means that there may be slight variations in color or appearance between the actual item and its image on the website. If you find that this difference is beyond your liking, we will refund your money provided the item is returned undamaged within 14 days of receipt.

Please call or e-mail us before returning items. For your security, please return the item(s) with an insured courier and retain your shipping receipt. Arpan Works is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in return transit.

Ordering

We currently only ship to the United States. At this time, shipping is free to the continental United States and Alaska and Hawaii. Insurance is included in the rates.

  • Most jewelry is shipped in USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes. If you wish the jewelry to arrive in a gift box, there may be an additional charge. Please use our contact form for these charges in advance. We will inform you of any additional charges and can create a custom invoice/shopping cart that includes these charges.
  • We ship via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Shipping generally takes 3 - 5 business days from the day the order is shipped. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer, especially to the more remote regions. We apologize but this is beyond our control.
  • Your security is important to us. For your protection, we process all transactions securely through Payments by PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as PayPal.
  • All jewelry is subject to prior sale.
